At No Sense, we stand behind every product we ship. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — no unnecessary drama.
Our Policy
We accept return and refund requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@nosense.store with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at support@nosense.store with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Items that are worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Final sale or promotional items (marked at time of purchase)
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
